*PD registration fees include taxes with the exception of Dutch schools and individuals, whose fees are subject to an individual Dutch VAT of 21%

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION FEE CAN ONLY BE PAID IN EURO.

IB WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation occurring 22 days or more prior to the first day of the workshop, a full refund of any registration fees paid will be credited to your school account, which can be used toward other IB invoices. Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used at registration.

For cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the first day of the workshop, a penalty of 100% of the fee will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN THE SYSTEM. REQUESTS TO CANCEL PARTICIPANTS VIA PHONE OR E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS OFFICIAL CANCELLATION.

INVOICE AND PAYMENT

- Payment should be made upon receipt of the registration confirmation e-mail

- A payment summary can be downloaded from the IB online registration system, a final invoice will be issued subsequently.

- If needed, you can request a final invoice to make your payment by contacting IB Credit Control myaccount@ibo.org. A postal address, to which they can send the invoice, should be included.

N.B Please inform your bank that all costs are to be met in advance and that the IB must receive the exact amount due.

To record your payment correctly, quote these relevant references:

- Order reference number

- Your IBIS code

- School name

- Event: Name, city & date
